Friends of The Skurka Family
Lets Make Sure These Kids Get The Education They Deserve
Sponsored by:
The Middle Class Scholarship Fund
On September 19th, 2009, Mary Jane Skurka suddenly passed. Her family: Husband Steven J. and three children; Casey,
Tara, and Matthew will miss her dearly. The Skurka Family has worked hard and will continue to work hard and endure
in this tough time. They are a proud family and deserving of support from this non-profit and community.
All three of The Skurka Children are entering or currently attending college, and it is crucial that this community
secures and nurtures their scholastic future during this family's time of mourning. All donations and gifts received by
the Middle Class Scholarship Fund from November 1st, 2009 through December 1st, 2009 will be granted directly
to The Skurka Family for any and all costs associated with Casey, Tara and Matthews educational needs.
We are confident that your generosity, well wishes and understanding will shine through in this family’s dire
time of need. We look forward to seeing all of The Skurka Family and Friends. Thank You!
mark your calendars!

a message from the owner:
The last benefit on July 17th was a Great Party and almost $2000 was
raised for Middle Class Families. Chico's Vibe rocked the house down and
the founder - Joe Sabatini - made everybody laugh with his stage antics
and humor. Truly, a night to remember!
Of the money raised, $600 was given to Allison Mears of Ridley Township
for books at Millersville University and another $600 was given to
Albert Hoyle of Aston Township for the purchase of tools for use at Weyo
Tech School in Blairsville, PA.
The rest of the money will be put
towards the costs associated with the next event. I would love to thank
several of people:
Iacobucci Formal Wear of Havertown, McGoldrick
Electric, Chico's Vibe, The Knights of Columbus De La Salle Council and
also my close friends The DiNardis Family, Christian Ciarlante, John and
Owen Ferry.
We look forward to seeing everybody at the event!
